Our Live Sessions
Until the end of March 2021, we are running a series of free, weekly Relax and Unwind movement workshops for staff and volunteers on Thursday afternoons, 4-5pm via Zoom. Our wonderful Dance and Movement specialist Filipa Pereira-Stubbs has created some videos to guide us through gentle relaxation – these are available online whenever you need an escape.
